The challenge
AAETAV operated without its own systems: member management, certification processes, course student tracking and institutional communication were all done manually with spreadsheets and email. With more than 15 annual courses, hundreds of certificates issued and a growing member network, manual operation became unsustainable.
Additionally, integration with AFIP/ARCA for electronic invoicing, generation of official certificates with QR validation codes, and administration of a member network with different benefits and statuses required a custom system that no generic product could cover.
The solution
We built the complete AAETAV portal in Next.js 14 with Prisma and PostgreSQL. Developed modules include: member management with statuses, fees and benefits; student module with prerequisites and course progression; certificate system with public QR validation; electronic invoicing with ARCA/AFIP plugin; supplier and alliance CRM; Mailrelay integration for segmented newsletter; store module; impersonation system for support; and KPI dashboard.
The entire system runs on Docker over Coolify on proprietary infrastructure, with Caddy as proxy and automatic backups.
