Operations system for adventure tourism and ecotourism agencies.
OmniTrip is a tourism operations management SaaS designed for adventure tourism operators: bookings, departures, resources, guides, calendar and B2B marketplace to connect operators with agencies.
The challenge
Adventure tourism and ecotourism operators have no management tools designed for their specific operations. Generic systems (ERPs, spreadsheets) don't handle certified guide assignment, quota management per departure, resource availability (equipment, vehicles, boats) or multi-agency coordination.
The additional challenge was building a B2B marketplace where certified operators could publish their products for agencies to sell, leveraging AAETAV certification as a quality differentiator.
The solution
We developed OmniTrip from scratch with Next.js 14 (App Router), Prisma and PostgreSQL. Main modules include: booking management with states and payments, departure calendar with real-time availability, certified guide assignment, resource/equipment management, daily operations module, and the B2B marketplace where operators publish products and agencies purchase them.
The system includes full multi-tenancy, differentiated roles (operator, agency, guide, admin), integration with the AAETAV certification system, and containerized deployment on Coolify.
